The strength of any relationship lies in differences!
Most people feel uncomfortable about this statement as it threatens our insecurities and in most cases we call it divorce! However if we truly understand it then we realise it is the only way we can truly grow and develop.
Therefore I believe that sharing our insights and learnings with others is one of the best ways of keeping ourselves current and relevant to the lives we lead.
